ABOUT AMBERWOOD

What is Amberwood?A paradise, a whole realm created by mayor Yumé Nagato to help keep her daughter Anya happy. With the help from a few who she had invited from various universes she has been able to help create a world that would fill the interests of those who come to town. A town built on dreams of musicians, actors & magical beings in between. Several people from various worlds had been invited to live in a calm and quiet town known as Amberwood. Academies, theaters and other facilities had been built in order to accommodate the new faces within the town. How will your muses write their fates? Join us and find out!

OUR RULES

Main Rules:
1: Please be at least 18+ in order to join this server. Please do not lie about your age when giving an introduction as we wish to keep this server as a safe space for adult writers.
2: Please be courteous and respectful of your fellow writers here. Read our blacklist to help avoid topics that can make writers uncomfortable & topics that are full on banned.
3: There's no activity worries here, we all have lives outside of this writing hobby. But we do wish for you to tell us if you end up being inactive for a long period of time so the mods can add a hiatus role to you!
4: Despite this server being for adult writers only we do not allow lewd writing at all or fully R18 images/writing to be sent within the server. However the server may delve into topics within writing with darker themes such as death, violence, blood, gore, gambling, substance use (alcohol, drugs), demonic themes, supernatural themes, etc. We do not allow proship/dead-dove content.
5: You may apply for up to 3 muses at first, but if we know you can handle more than one role we take the role cap off of you & then you may write as many as you want ! You do not need to send an application for a canon character anymore but we do need one for OCs. A brief mention about who you're gonna be as a canon writer is fine with us.
6: We try to use a dice rolling system similar to how it works for Dungeons & Dragons for most decision making. In the dice-coin-polls channel you can use the slash command /roll with "1d20" to help determine an outcome. 10 and under means negative outcome and over 10 is positive outcome.
7: No god-modding or meta-gaming allowed. Do not try to control or write another persons muse, it's really rude.
8: Always credit fan-art shared, if you don't know the source I recommend SauceNao or reverse image searching. AI images are not allowed whatsoever.
9: Try not to post over another member of the server if you share your own artwork, try to uplift them and say something about their work before sharing yours. It helps them feel like what they shared isn't being ignored.
10: Please ask first before sharing spoilers & leaked content for games and anime! Some members might not mind it but others could be unhappy with it.
11: Having fun is the main priority for this server! If something makes you uncomfortable please tell an admin/mod about it. If you've read this, in your introduction please tell us your favorite food! It let's us know that you took the time to read our rules!
How to Apply:
After giving us an introduction you may move on to give us an application for what muse you want to write in applications or just let us know who you want to write if you want to fill out the templates . If approved a reaction of 🟩 is given letting you know your muse has been approved & that character will be listed in reservations . If you wish to drop a muse at any time you may use dropping-roles to let us know so we can update the amberwood-masterlist of what roles are open or not!
About OCs:
Original characters are 100% okay to be created but please ask writers beforehand before creating OCs that have backgrounds connected to canon muses or if that writer wants their character to have a relative or not. It's hard for writers to work with something just dropped onto them!
